Pacific Ranch Community Overview
Pacific Ranch is a guard-gated residential community located on more than 40 acres near the beach, downtown Huntington Beach, shops, the world famous Huntington Beach pier and restaurants in Huntington Beach, with an overall ambiance that’s influenced by Mediterranean, California bungalow and Southern California mission styles. The grounds are beautifully manicured and landscaped, accentuated with streams, ponds and waterfalls, while 306 California bungalow-esque villas and 252 mission-style town homes await to be enjoyed by those who relish a serene lifestyle.
Three recreation centers grace the Pacific Ranch community, each boasting a clubhouse, swimming pool, spa and generous deck area – all of which completely and richly complement the private, serene residential properties of Pacific Ranch. Beyond the gated security, beautiful pool/spa/clubhouse complex and peaceful aura with lakes and waterfalls, Pacific Ranch sits within walking distance to the Seacliff Shopping Center and is just a short mile and a half to downtown Huntington Beach. The community also features tennis courts and two-story/two-car garage properties which were built in 1987.

Pacific Ranch Townhomes and Pacific Ranch Villas
Pacific Ranch is separated into two sections: Pacific Ranch Townhomes and Pacific Ranch Villas. We will go over both sections below as well as provide floor plans for each unit.
Pacific Ranch Villas
These units are made up of only 2 bedrooms with a cape cod style of architecture. Some models do have a loft which some residence use for either for another bedroom or hang out room. These would be considered the “penthouse” condos in the Pacific Ranch Villas subsection. There are six models in the Villas section of Pacific ranch ranging in square feet from 1,200 to 1,800 square feet. The Pacific Ranch Villas tend to be the most affordable gated community in the downtown and SeaCliff area of Huntington Beach. Pacific Ranch Townhomes
The Townhomes at Pacific Ranch are really special. All models have a basement/bonus room that can be used as a another bedroom or game/hobby room. These models are made up of 2 to 4 bedrooms with a spanish style of architecture. There are four models in the Townhomes section of Pacific ranch ranging in square feet from 2,00 to 2,700 square feet. Considering their size The Pacific Ranch Townhomes feel more like a single family home you would find in downtown Huntington Beach and SeaCliff are at a fraction of the cost. While not giving up anything in location.
