Pierpointe Overview

Pierpointe Condominiums are located in West Huntington Beach off Main Street near the downtown district, which means the community is right in the heart of everything that makes living in SoCal so special. Completely gated with two different access entrances, Pier Pointe is near Seacliff Shopping Center and Five Points shopping center, and only a short bike ride to the beach and Huntington Beach Pier.

The community is comprised of 159 total units, built in 1980, and offers one and two-bedroom models ranging from 653 square-feet to 1,250 square-feet; the two-bedroom models boast a variety of layouts including one and two-level properties, with all units coming with either a patio or balcony for taking in those gorgeous Huntington Beach sunsets and star blankets up in the sky. This condo community is conveniently located near plenty of shopping centers, as we alluded to above, including Five Points Plaza to the east (a shopping center that consists of several retail stores including Bath and Body Works, GAP and Pier One Imports, in addition to Trader Joe’s and Yogurtland) and the Seacliff Village Shopping Center to the north, across from Main Street (boasting an Albertson’s, Staples, PetSmart, Chipotle and Starbucks).

A plethora of outdoor activity possibilities also await nearby, including Huntington Beach Central Park (with its amazing fire rings, picnic facilities, playgrounds, Frisbee golf and fishing in the Huntington and Talbert Lakes) as well as the Central Park Equestrian Center, an excellent option for those interested in horseback riding, what with its more than 150 acres of equestrian trails. Schools assigned to the Pier Pointe community include the Joseph R. Perry Elementary School, Fulton Middle School and Huntington Beach High School. Joseph R. Perry Elementary lands at six out of 10 on the API school rating scale, and has about equal testing scores to the state average; achieving a perfect 10 on the API scale is Fulton Middle, with English and Math proficiency tests scoring at 81-percent and 71-percent, respectively.

Huntington Beach High, meanwhile, received a nine out of 10 on the API scale, and wears the distinction of being a California Distinguished School.

Who are Pierpointe Condos Suited For?
